Agreement to Terms

The Wide Company ("we," "us," "our") establishes these legally binding terms for using AppstorePulse (appstorepulse.com) and related platforms. Users must be at least 18 years old. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE.

Changes to terms occur at our discretion, with updates reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued site usage implies acceptance of revisions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content — source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics — belongs to or is licensed by us. AppstorePulse currently offers a free listing audit tool. Future paid plans may be introduced. Users will be notified of any pricing changes in advance. We reserve rights to correct pricing errors and refuse orders.

Cancellation

Prohibited Activities

Users cannot:

• Systematically retrieve site data without authorization
• Create unauthorized accounts
• Circumvent security features
• Impersonate others
• Harass employees or other users
• Decompile software
• Upload malware
• Use the platform competitively to build a competing product
• Abuse the audit system with excessive automated requests

Third-Party Websites and Content

We don't investigate, monitor, or endorse external websites or content accessed through links. Users assume all risk for third-party interactions and transactions, which fall outside these terms.
